The Brian L. Zeiger Cup

The SCPC Golf League was launched in 2019 by a small group of friends who wanted to have an individual golf league for players of all abilities. We were there to focus on having a good time and to play bad golf for a little money. In 2022 we sadly lost one of those key founding members, Brian L. Zeiger. This whole thing would have never started without Brian's help. He was a unique guy who kept the league and course on its toes at all times. He absolutely loved golf and drinking beer with the boys. If you ask any original member about Brian, they will tell a funny league story of him with a smile. He was a great character and is dearly missed. In 2025 we finally invested in a nice perpetual trophy for each year's champion. The choice for the name of the trophy was obvious, and each year the champion will now hoist the honorable Brian L. Zeiger Cup.
